One intention. A plan that fits the day.
Pick the single thing that matters today. Anchor turns it into a realistic sequence of focus blocks so you start with a clear route, not a vague promise.
Private focus companion · Android
Anchor is a calm, personal focus dojo. Name what matters, turn it into one steady plan, and train against the patterns that pull you off course — without streak shame or productivity theatre.
A day, three movements
Anchor is built around the rhythm of an actual day. You arrive with an intention, you meet a few patterns, and you find your way back. Each clip below is the real app, exactly as it runs on a phone.
Pick the single thing that matters today. Anchor turns it into a realistic sequence of focus blocks so you start with a clear route, not a vague promise.
Scrolling, late-night drift, the 4 pm slump — name it as a rival, and Anchor helps you choose strategies that actually fit your life. Progress becomes something you can see.
When attention slides, open the chat. Anchor responds in your context — grounded, honest, and pointed at the next small move that gets you back on the floor.
Inside the app
Anchor borrows the language of a dojo because the work is the same: show up, train, fall, return. Every surface is shaped to make returning easy, even after a hard day.
The first question isn't how many tasks fit in a day. It's where the day should point. Your True North stays visible across Today and the Tracker, so every check-in has a center of gravity to come back to.

Anchor breaks the one thing that matters into focus blocks, priorities, and buffers. You get the structure of a planning system without having to leave the app for a separate one.

The Tracker reframes progress as a training arc: clean days, evasions, strategies that worked, and a steadiness score that tells the longer story. One bad day stops being the headline.
Philosophy
Anchor is for people who don't need another notification. They need a reliable way to return to the day they meant to live — and a companion that treats them like an adult while they do it.
True North keeps every screen rooted in meaning, not just productivity.
Patterns become rivals you study and outgrow, instead of streaks you fear to break.
You bring your own Claude key. Anchor stores it encrypted on-device and only uses it when you ask.
The steadiness score holds the long arc, so one off day doesn't erase the work.
Coming to Google Play
Anchor is being prepared for release under a developer organisation account. The copy below is the working store listing — short, honest, and aligned with what the app actually does.
Anchor — Focus, Patterns & Steadiness
Name your True North, plan one grounded day, and train against the patterns that pull you off course.
Anchor is a calm focus companion built around a single idea: most days don't go sideways because of a missing app — they go sideways because we lose contact with our direction. Anchor helps you set a True North, turn it into a realistic plan, name the patterns that quietly drain your attention, and build a steadiness score that respects the long arc instead of punishing the rough days.

Privacy & data
Anchor stores your routines, reflections, focus blocks, drift logs, and settings locally on your device. Nothing about your day is uploaded to a server controlled by Anchor.
If you enable the AI companion, you provide your own Anthropic Claude API key. The key is stored encrypted on the device, and is only used to send the conversation context to Anthropic when you tap to ask for guidance.
Anchor is not a medical, clinical, or crisis-support service. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency service.
